In addition, we may also collect non-Personal Information, such as IP host addresses, web pages viewed, browser type, referring pages, usage and browsing habits and similar data, and may aggregate Personal Information in a manner which does not identify any individual ("Aggregate Information").
Information Usage, Disclosure and Recipients: By providing Personal Information on the Service, you consent to receive information and updates regarding our services or those of our partners. We will only use your Personal Information as described herein, unless you have specifically consented to another type of use, either at the time the Personal Information is collected from you or through some other form of consent from you or notification to you:

To be clear this includes passing on your Personal Information to appropriate third parties that are involved in the real estate transaction that you are seeking to initiate through the Service.

Please note that we will not be liable for disclosures of your data due to errors or unauthorized acts of third parties. Any data that is submitted voluntarily to Partners (and their affiliates) are the purview of the Partners (and their affiliates), and all requests related to data retention or deletion will have to be directed to those Partners (and their affiliates).
Data Retention by Partners and Users: All data provided by Users and submitted voluntarily to our Partners and their affiliates (when using Domecile) may have different retention policies due to government regulations or legal business obligations. Domecile cannot dictate these policies and cannot make exceptions without approval from these Partners. Each New York State business entity may be covered via a different law.
